High Protein Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
1 can chickpeas 400g (240g drained), rinsed and drained
2 medjool dates, pitted
3 tb cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 cup (250g) soy milk, or other plantbased milk of choice
1 large banana
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups ice cubes


Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve.
